What we collect

• Account details: email address, sign-in methods (such as linked Google or Telegram accounts) and your password, stored hashed.
• Orders and top-ups: the services, countries and numbers you buy, the codes you receive, top-up amounts and payment references.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to improve the service.

How we use it

• To provide the service: assign numbers, show codes, process top-ups and refunds.
• To keep the service safe: detect suspicious sign-ins, fraudulent orders and abuse.
• To send necessary notices, such as codes and order updates by email or Telegram.

Sharing

We never sell your personal information. We share only what is needed:

• Payment providers receive the order reference and amount for your top-up.
• Carrier partners receive only the service and country needed to assign a number, never your account details.
• Authorities, when required by law.

Retention

Order and top-up records are kept so you can review them. Usage data is deleted after 90 days. You can contact us to close your account.

We only use essential cookies: to keep you signed in, remember your language and theme, and record who invited you.
