Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-29

Welcome to ChiruSMS. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms.

The service

ChiruSMS provides one-time virtual phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes from third-party websites and apps. Numbers come from carriers around the world. Each order is for a single verification and is valid for 20 minutes.

Your account

• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your sign-in methods secure.
• Accounts involved in abuse (such as fraudulent orders, exploiting bugs, or mass-registering accounts to collect referral rewards) may be suspended, and their balance will not be refunded.

Balance and pricing

• Your balance is held in US dollars. CNY top-ups are converted at the rate shown on the page.
• Balance can only be spent on this site. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Referral rewards work the same way.
• Prices change with number costs and stock. The price shown when you place an order is the price you pay.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, spam, or anything that breaks the rules of third-party platforms. You are responsible for the consequences of misuse.

Disclaimer

• Third-party platforms change their anti-abuse rules, so we cannot guarantee a number will work on every platform.
• If the service is interrupted by carriers, network failures or force majeure, we will restore it as soon as possible, but we are not liable for indirect losses.

Changes

We may update these terms and will publish the new version on this page. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
